also when i receive more than one character to draw in a request i just draw them in the same draft but in different folders, & with this one i kinda did it where i would sketch all three; do the lineart for all three; color all three; then finally add all the other stuff which made this a bit more easy & enjoyable to work on 'cause i was switching between different characters & having them all on the same level of progress =-D
