is a psychic who also works partially as an assassin by being able to "steal" people's inner voices. the more he focuses on the outer, demonic/extraplanar voices, the more unhinged he becomes, although this can be refocused with an arcane branch he uses.

this guy's super flirty and playful, but definitely a single-rider when it comes to business. definitely used to be royalty? or at least, thinks highly of himself (:
