i was listening to one of the newest episodes of my fav podcats "Stuff You Should Know"
when i came across an episode about caterpillars
mind you, it was like 10 pm and I was really tired but β¨insomniaβ¨
anyway i listened to the episode and learned some really cool stuff, then decided to draw a chunky man
thats when i came across a super cool blog by a Californian naturalist, which i linked as credit
so yeah, wanna know some stuff about caterpillars like how they only have 6 legs and they molt about 5 times c: listen to the podcast
there's also a carnivorous caterpillar in Hawaii that uses its silk spinnerettes to capture and eat snails
and chrysaliseseseses are just like expanded blownup caterpillars :o
also my mom and little sister were trying to kill a spider in a corner with a broom. now there's a smudge on the ceiling...in a corner ;-; and then my little sister saw two more spiders and mom my way like 'just kill them, otherwise they'll become more of a problem later'
...then i heard the sound of a flipflop smacking the ground o-o
anyway happy to be drawing again and also happy with how this turned out
