OTA = Offer to adopt
Looking for (order= most to least preferred, if applicable. No current event = dont want tokens.)
1. Event tokens > 2 random wl pets > c$
2. non wl pets > bulk rats > char 4 char? (if you can't offer/don't have anything applicable at 1.)
Looking for a minimum/base C$ price of 3-5 per feline (if you're offering C$ only. If you're offering a combination or don't have enough then 1-2 C$)

Honestly, the minimum price is 3 tokens, if you want to pay more you can, but I'll be fine selling the cats for 3 tokens each
