Built a country, watched it burn by his own hand.
My interpretation of this character is heavily based upon the Tell Me a Dream retelling.
He was born in a castle once,
While crows sang him a lullaby,
And the king and queen gave him the words
On that night of stormy skies.
He grew up within those gates,
Learned how to sing and play.
His parents sang that sweet, old song,
That he might not go astray.
