i get this feeling a lot. even over something stupid like a commercial? usually it happens when im not on my meds properly but sometimes you just gotta cry even if it feels silly i think. its better not to hold it in

im so glad u get it ... but yea everyone needs a good cry sometimes and thats ok! its healthy to cry !
