A character I got from SputnikZero as a character trade~!!!
Love this dude,, he's so handsome im gonna cry ;;

thought he was going in greenport apts., definitely moving him to the Fey.
Most likely an herbalist in the marshes to the northwest, towards where Evaline used to live. Definitely works with different, subtle poisons. Sneaky, thrifty. May not have a specific voice himself, not that anyone has heard, but mimics others very, very easily.
