[Wobbuffet]

This was supposed to be a quick but neat drawing (because I realized I don't have any recent Oekaki art examples without sketchy lineart), however, this turned out neither quick nor neat whatsoever LOL... At the very least, it was fun to practice designing a character because I hadn't done so in quite a while!! I tried to challenge myself by blending natural and very unnatural colors and styles.
