My resolution is to move more. Not to lose weight or get fit, but to move. I can't see weightloss or muscle tone on a day to day basis, but I can see that I took a certain number of steps or walked a certain distance. I think making my resolution more tangible will make me more likely to keep them.

hm.. my new year's resolution is finding confidence in my artwork again and building a portfolio. being in an unhealthy relationship has really drained my self-esteem and i hope i'll be able to heal and create something worthwhile this year.
