[Wobbuffet]

I decided I wanted a flat-faced anthro character, so I booted up Oekaki, started a new drawing, and.... ended up making another humanoid. Oops.

A couple design notes:
- Jan, short for January (he needed to think of a fake name fast and it unfortunately stuck)
- the surprisingly over-saturated red hair dye he bought to blend in with the locals also, unfortunately, stuck
- fashion is whatever random items can be found in the thrift store bargain bin
- short (5'1" / 155cm to top of head, a bit taller to top of head wings)
- wings and tail have no reflection, shading, depth, texture, or shadow (and when an artist's style permits, they should have no outline too)
- self-described as evil, but he's definitely more of a true or chaotic neutral if not for one particular flaw:
- his absolute favorite song is (completely, 100% unironically) Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You", which he insists on playing relentlessly the moment October starts (yes, October)
