General Rules:

1; Respect all staff. If you have a problem with a staff member, shoot me a DM. Harassment of staff in any way will not be tolerated. You are allowed to openly and honestly tell me any concerns you have about any member [staff or not], and depending on the severity, action will be taken.

2; When interacting on any CS thread or on the discord server, please be kind. These places are not meant to harbor any ill will to any users.

3; There are 3 Artist Positions. Main Adopt, Nursery, and Ghost [either of the previous]! Artists are asked to please try and make at least 1 adopt/batch a month. Please DM me if there are concerns with this! I am not strict at all and will allow for you to have more time if RL prevents you from having free time for CS.

3.5; Guest Artist Position lasts 2 Months! During this duration, you can earn x2 Staff Activity MYOs, considering you meet the quota. If me and other staff are impressed with your work, you may be asked to join the artist team!

4; Other staff positions include Moderator [CS & Discord], Archivist, Co-Owner! Activity will vary, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis!

5; Staff Activity; by meeting the quota you will receive a 1 R MYO! These MYOs obtained via activity may be traded/gifted, but can't be sold.

6; Artists of any level may create paid adopts. Their price cannot exceed 200c$ more than their tier price in the MYO shop, nor do they count for the monthly quota.

7; In order to make paid adopts, you must make 2 free adopts. After the 2 free adopts, you are free to make as many paid adopts as you want. See above rule about pricing. Please, try and be reasonable with the amount of paid adopts. You may only create a max of 2 RL currency paid adopts [includes DA Points/Robux], any others [c$/fr currencies] may be requested as many times as you'd like.

8; Tharmins may not be transferred out of the species at this time. When allowed, you are no longer allowed to use the tharmin version of that character, and they cannot be transferred back in/used in any way relating to tharmins. Ex-Tharmins cannot be transferred into other species.

Art/Comp Rules:

1; When entering a competition, you MUST credit any images/gifs/etc. that are not yours. If your entry is found to have no credit, you will receive a warning.

2; You are allowed to enter for any amount of tharmins that you want, but are only allowed to win 2 per week, or 8 per month total. Artists, please be aware of this!

3; Keep all links/entries CS Appropriate. Breaking this rule will result in a warning/ban depending on severity.

4; If an adopt is art based, you must state in your form whether you allow the winner to use said art or not. It doesn't matter which you choose, just as long as it is stated to reduce confusion.

5; Do NOT copy, steal, trace, etc. tharmin adopts/lines, etc. Please report any possible art theft to me and I will have it handled. If you are found to be doing the above things, that is considered a permanent ban.


Warnings & Bans:

1; Warnings and bans are issues with reason. If you believe that a ban or warning was issued incorrectly, contact me. The only staff allowed to issue bans/warnings are me and the co-owner. The co-owner should always run it by me first.

2; 3 Warnings = Temp Ban Permanent bans may be issued depending on the severity of the situation. The duration of a temporary ban also depends on severity. You will be notified by me/co-owner if you receive a warning or a ban.

3; Permanent Bans will result in all of your free adopts being repossessed. Free being obtained freely from adopts/nursery batches. The original artists will get the first say on whether they'd like to keep the design [max 1], or readopt it. Readoption comps can be of any caliber, nothing too excessive. Paid adopts will be automatically void from being associated with tharmins.


Selling/Trading:

1; Tharmins may only be sold for RL currency if purchsed with RL currency [via adopt or myo ticket]. You may only resell for the price you bought it for + any extra art. Run it by me first.

2; Tharmins MAY be traded/gifted/sold. Trading means to trade tharmins/tharmin items for other tharmins/items. Gifting is simply giving another user items/tharmins for free. See next rule for selling.

3; Tharmins may only be sold for [c$/fr currencies]. If you have questions about other sites, PM me.
