suggested a long time ago, i finally remembered about it decided to do it!

i'd really love if meowth got more regional forms; it being brought to various regions by humans & adapting to the locale could be its Thing! i think that'd be really cool. if more regional forms ever get released, i'll try and update this base-- there are a few non-canonical additions i want to make in the future anyway! :]

same rules as w my other pokemon bases:

-make sure to credit me, especially if you use the image offsite
-feel free to use for ocs & free adopts, but don't make any paid adopts with this base because meowth is a pokemon & thats against the rules!
-don't remove my signature!

update: added some beta meowth features & a collar! open to more suggestions as well ^__^

update 6/1: added gmax meowth (you'll have to move the features around to fit it), gmax face, & the gmax coin marking!

i think i'd have to make some major changes to how the base is set up to do major anatomy edits like gmax meowth, but i can def do the rest pretty easily! though, what did you mean by new coin?

you could just add a layer on top of the kanto coin with the symbol but seeing how you are organizing it i guess you could just copy the kanto coin and make the edit in a vmax folder

Oh for non-canonical stuff since back in kanto meowth was like an alley cat you could actually work in some real cat markings
