Low effort backgrounds but i tried really hard on the actual rat. First time drawing something mostly composed of water and i think it went okay
If by some miracle there is already a GUPPS version of this please link it. I'm 99% sure there isn't but i'll always hold out hope etc

Edit: changed the background temporarily i really didnt like it lol. i might go back and like actually improve it since this was a really rough fix but ..
