I started with this back in late October/early November while I was at my partners place on sick leave for one of my stories. Partly as a "we've finally just about finished writing the first part"-gift and as a christmas-gift.
During Nanowrimo this year I decided to keep writing a certain story of mine and for the first time ever I managed to reach the goal of writing 50k words within a month. Not only that, I managed to do it by simply writing a grand total of 20 days in total. Which makes me really happy! My goal was truthfully never to reach 50k words, my goal was to be able to finish the first part of the story by new years' eve. Which is within my reach; as I only have a few small parts left to write in the final chapter.
This map here shows the world where it all takes place, a world that I've been developing since 2007. Since the first part of the story only takes place at the largest continent I will most likely try to do a more detailed map of only that region.
