Update: Finished the lineart and base layers, now I'll have to do shading and after that the chosen lucky character will be drawn in! :3

Jo and I have also made a decision that we'll make this rare variation of the Pawlet into customs HOWEVER, there are a few hitches.

1. This version of the Pawlet WILL require an 08 R/VR and there WILL be restrictions on what you can and cannot offer! (Julys, Augusts, and September 08s are Automatically accepted because we don't even expect anyone to offer these lmao. When you offer these, you can disregard the rule below)
2.. When you send in a form, there's a 10% chance that you will be accepted (The decision will be made by a random generator) If you get rejected, you can NOT send in another Custom Puffy Pawlet Form until 2 weeks from submitting your last one!
3. Rules are subject to change :B
