This version looks infinity better.
I started by tracing most of the original, then I made edits as needed (completely redid the legs and most of the body).
The color, clothing, and spots were freehanded with the original for reference.
I might make versions of this one to practice w/ fur and shading

All in all, I'm proud of this ^w^
