Its All Hallows' Eve and you find yourself somehow stumbling down an all-too dark alleyway. The muffling silence makes your ears ring. It almost makes you wish for the comforting sound of crickets that you naively thought of as eerie just hours before. You follow a faint white glow flitting in and out of view, always just out of reach. As you run to keep up, the alleyway suddenly opens up into a room, leaping to life with stalls and merchants hawking their wares. Too many, it seems, to fit in this small of a space. It is overwhelmingly loud, how couldn't you hear them before? You are shoved every which way as beings -- you don't really know if they are human, or animal, or something else -- bustle past you, the only one that is frozen in place. "Hey you!" A faceless entity with matted white hair grabs your arm suddenly, making you jump. "Don't just stand there, newcomer, take a look! I gotta have somethin' for what ails ya"
