This was like a quadruple whammy of a bad idea
-i havent drawn a portrait in like, years (most of my realism commissions are animals/creatures as i do work for animal rescues/volunteer groups/ect mostly; not human portraits)
-the ones i have drawn *recently are all black and white because i prefer ink pen and charcoal
-i haven't attempted a digital portrait in years
-obviously i have to make this a challenge by doing someone on the older side with a ton of wrinkles to make my life harder
ALAS
i got lazy and im tapping out Lol
stock photo reference for practice purposes only
I am not entirely happy with this one; all i can see is a whole ton of mistakes; but its just practice and i would say i did learn enough to justify doing it, and there are some elements im proud of
