Personality/further info:
Devante is a spirit who works for the Archdemon Malphas (note: my version of Malphas is different from the myths) in protecting his people in the mortal realm from other spirits and angels that want to do them harm. He is also quite protective of his master and his master's allies. He doesn't show his physical form often as his physical form is sealed in a cavern buried underneath an old spiritual burial ground. He more often shows up as a black, smoke-like blob that has glowing violet eyes and feathers that fall and float around the blob, disappearing before they hit the ground. He is able to create an illusion of his physical form if he needs to and, on the rarer occasion, he'll have his wings spread outward to make himself look even bigger and scarier, but, for the most part, he is a feathery mass of smokey darkness with eyes.
Personality-wise, Devante has a calm demeanor, but the look in his eyes always looks either extremely annoyed or angry. The rest of his body is purely neutral. He's very respectful towards his master and all that his master holds dear. He holds a certain kind of loyalty for an entity called the Wolf of Midnight and, if he had to choose between his master and the Wolf of Midnight, his choice would always be the Wolf of Midnight because the Wolf of Midnight, or the Wolf of Storms, saved him from being executed by the angels of heaven just for looking like a demon (spirits are not always demons).
