idk man between valheim and valhalla im kinda into the viking vibe right now
i dont really have any viking-like characters, so i fall back into my default: Myra
But its like, forbidden AU for myra to be a viking
not because she wouldn't have the mindset/ability to be a viking
but the boats,, she could not do the boats

its one of her main canon fears/weaknesses that she's terrified of boats and the ocean, so the whole viking,, boats thing wouldn't jam with her well

is that going to stop me from drawing her as a viking?

women didnt go out adventuring and pillaging tho! they stayed home and defended the villages and did all the heavy farmwork and finacing because only women can do maths because it's a form of witchcraft :D and men where not allowed to touch a womans hand without concent, vikings where really cool, and Loki (Loke) the trickster god sometimes shapeshifted in female form so he could be concidered gender fluid because when in a female shape he would change pronounce as well, and Thor (Tor) died wearing womens wedding chlothes. (sorry I got off track, I love norse mythology and history ^^")
