My new baby designed/drawn by Vampiric. Gonna develop on TH as usual but saving this so I can keep track of his oekaki. I love them so so much. ;w;

Urami means 'grudge' because I saw him and thought of one of my favorite pokemon, Banette. The lore behind Banette is it's a plush that was once loved and thrown away, so it formed a grudge on the child that threw it out.
