gonna make 'em whenever I feel like it
also messy cover will stay messy

Winner of adopted cat may do, to the extent of site guidelines, what they please with said cat (selling, drawing, redesigning)
Regarding Art rule 1&1A: only attribute the initial drawings to me; when making a new reference / drawing of adopted cat, don't credit me
One cat per user per adopt page (after user adopts more than 10 cats, those with fewer cats will be prioritised)
