Lets start this off, and grab the bull by the horns.
I wanted to let you all know, that I may not be as positive as I usually am. I'll really try, because I know that's really important!
This is because of an awful turn of events.
A very good family friend is dying. I've known her my whole life, she's like a second grandma to me!!
She got Covid. Then the Pneumonia stayed with her. She's not expected to make it through the night. This is extermely hard for me. I'm sorry If i'm not as positive, but it won't be for forever. Just though you all deserved to know why. And not to mention, our school is having at least 2 more weeks of distance learning after christmas. Major bummer

Anahkii says she is incredibly sorry. So am I. I am so sorry that I think I might cry writing this. My advice is to just think of the good times with her. Don't let your last memories be death, that will not help. I can promise that the feeling of grief and pain deep in your heart will go away sooner than expected. Before you know it, you'll be laughing about your friend, not sobbing. But for now, let the tears come and go, for they will do so. And never ever apologize for not being positive; life has positive and negative times. It is not at all your fault you are feeling this way, and you don't need to hide it. If you ever need to chat or just send cry emojis you can send em' to me. I am always ready to talk. Just remember, it will pass. Here is a nice poem I like to read.
Sweet Freedom
By Kelly Roper
No longer shackled by
Earthly cares and woes,
My spirit follows the sun
Wherever it goes.
I'm lighter than air
Unburdened by flesh,
I'm at one with the universe,
And it all looks so fresh.
I know that you miss me,
But try not to cry.
It's wonderful here
High up in the sky.
And I'll be waiting for you
When your time comes around.
Sweet freedom will be yours too,
When you're no longer earthbound.I'm sure this is how she feels. She is happy. Happier than being stuck in a bed trying to breathe. Put yourself in her position. Would you like to be sick in a bed? Just remember, we are all here for you, and don't take the internet as your coping skill. Talk to your family, go for walks with a pup(you'd be surprised how much better you feel), and whatever makes you happy. Here's a picture of my corgi puppy, Miles. He says he is sorry too, he is loosing his sister, Grace to cancer. Grace is the black dog in the back.

Hello all! My name is Charli. I love horses, drawing, and reading. I just joined CS last year, and recently got into oekaki and character collecting. If you would like to talk, I'm available, just shoot me a PM. Anyway, have a good day!
