Try making a sketch, and then lining it. It helps. You can correct errors in the sketch with the final line art. It does take longer but it's worth it! Make sure to do the 2 on different layers.
Smoothing!! Everyone has a different smoothing level, and it takes awhile to find it, but it will definitely help.
You can also ask people to redline something you draw with the correct anatomy, which tells you what you need to improve on most of the time.
