Serenity

It's when you have dived deep down, deep enough for the water to shine a clear saphire blue, that you sense something swiftly dashing past you. A few bubbles escape your mouth and float towards the surface, for a moment the whole world seems to be standing still. You watch them, fascinated, until they've gone far out of sight. A sudden movement in the corner of your eye captures your attention.
You have seen most of the tiny, flashy fishes who inhabit the reefs, even the slim, jet-like sharks, who let you pet them. But this one is not quite as small, even though ever more so colourful than the rest. The hooved creature appears to be watching you from afar, not in the least irritated by your presence. You admire the beautiful animal until you begin feeling light-headed and dizzy.
You wave a short goodbye and turn around to rush back the way you came from.
