cs font !

hey there ! i tried contacting cs staff on this issue but it seems like no one knew how to solve this—
my cs font used to displays my signature + text like this, but i recently had to get my computer changed and now it looks like this, where not only have the lines have elongated really weirdly, and the text isn't in the usual trebuchet MS // veranda font i'm used to seeing .

this is not a browser problem as it has persisted on chrome, safari, and firefox for me . other problems with my computer's font include the ░ symbol looking like this instead of a conglomerate bunch of rectangles, and the vertical lines on coded boxes not joining and instead looking like dashed boxes . i use a macbook air ( 13 in, not the lastest model ) and on any other device i use, it looks regular . please help !

Off the top of my head and without looking it up further, it sounds like the default system fonts on your new computer are different from those on your old computer. What was your old computer? If it was also a Mac, then I don't know, but if it was not a Mac--e.g. if it was Windows--then my guess is that the fonts included on your computer are slightly different and you should be seeing font differences in other places on the web as well. That being said, I thought Trebuchet MS and Verdana are fonts that come with both Mac and Windows, so this might not be the right answer

edit: The font used on CS is the first one of the following fonts that is installed on someone's device:
1. Lucida Grande
2. Trebuchet MS
3. Verdana
4. Helvetica
5. Arial
6. any sans-serif font

it was the same computer as the one i currently use, but i had it reformatted, apologies for the confusion .

while temporarily using a separate macbook air, it shows that it did not use lucida grande despite my personal laptop having lucida grande on it ?
