anyway this is actually a scene straight from the ace attorney manga, where edgeworth legitimately looks at the stars which turn the shape of phoenix and he legit says exactly this. very heterosexual of him. (he then proceeds to be so distracted by star-phoenix he trips and falls. i am not joking)
