Wratzels are otters with collars, lights and horns! Lore is still a huge WIP. They are an invite-only species, and you may not make or own one if you were not invited. There are no restrictions on traits, and honestly the only rule is do not adopt them out to people who are not invited to the species. For them to stay as the same species, they need their light, collar and horns, however all 3 can be edited to your heart's content.
