Windclan is the focus clan in this series, which is why Rainstar is in the middle!

who is the meanest/ most ruthless leader?

Honestly none of them are really ruthless, but the most strict would probably be Amberstar of Thunderclan. Xhey are the one of the oldest leaders (71 moons, the others being 62 moons (mousestar of shadowclan), 72 moons (lightningstar of riverclan), 38 moons (fawnstar of skyclan), and 57 moons (rainstar of windclan)

Amberstar is an extreme stickler of the warrior code, and when one of xheir cats was found in an affair with a Skyclan tom, it was Amberstar who regulated most of the punishment, deciding that the two cats would be treated lower than dirt, eating last, getting some of the worst duties, and never leaving camp unless surrounded by four or more warriors. Amberstar also banned the two from Gatherings.
