I work at a grocery store. Dealing with the general public is interesting at the best of times but this is almost too much. So many customers bring their fear, anxiety, anger, and panic to the store. They take all these negative emotions out on me (and my co-workers) and it wears me down.

There are many customers though that are very grateful for what my co-workers and I are doing. Those are the customers that brighten my day and make it easier to keep on working through all of this.

Thank you to all the essential workers out there! Thank you for the hard work you are putting in physically, emotionally, and mentally to keep everyone going strong!
