imma be real frank,, I have no idea what american ww2 uniforms look like :/

I guess this is just a US Marine or smth on an island but this wasn't necessarily meant to be quick. Not meant to be finished, either. Don't worry about the flag in his hands, he just found it and picked it up to be cool for a picture.

Edit: okay so it turns that on this day in 1945, the Battle of Iwo Jima ended, so that's pretty cool. I guess I picked a good day for this sketch.
