Apologies for the dramatic post. I promise that I am okay - I really just needed to vent.

My dog passed away today and while I know she's okay and in a good place, the space she leaves behind will take some time to heal.

So very sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is one of the hardest things is pet owners have to do as they are part of our family. I promise they are looking down at you in doggy heaven !

i just stumbled onto this post from the main page. i know we don't know each other, but if you need someone to talk to, my doors are always open. i lost my dog last year and it was one of the hardest things that has happened to me, so i know how it feels. i hope you heal soon, but take as long as you need. i am very sorry for your loss and i am sending positivity your way. this piece is gorgeous, by the way <3
