(Insert Name Here) Was the product of a failed test. They tried to fuse him with a snake, but after the experiment failed, he was stuck with a snake for a paw, and sharp, venomous teeth. His paws drip venom from time to time, making him lethal. The venom causes whoever comes in contact with it see things, then face side effects, like stomach aches, flu-like symptoms, and possibly death.
