There's something about this design that I just love, but I don't think I would use this character at all. Anyways, this fellow lives in a swamp?? Marshland?? That is cursed and causes deformities in the people who live there, example: his strange arms? He is a swineherd and is in charge of the small town's pig population. He doesn't like strangers.
