Fact(s) : This dragon used to be a normal patch of pumpkins. Until pumpkin season was upon them. They were picked like any other pumpkins. Faces were carved into them by children and then they were left on the front porch of a house and were forgotten. Halloween has ended and they are through into a dumpster for the garbage truck to take them away.
Thy find themselves in a dump far away from the suburban home. They’ve been forgotten. Nobody cares for them and they will have their revenge. The pumpkins rise to become this beast. They will spend the rest of their days making sure humans pay for what thy did.

~ they're very shy, and often use their camouflage to their advantage. the slightest noise will send them running for cover.
~ their favorite time of day is dusk, when the sun is nearly gone and its last rays of light reach across the sky
~ when scared, the leaves on their shoulder area stand up straight around their head, kind of like the Dilophosaurus in jurassic park
~ they don't have actual "blood" per se; instead, a clear, sap-like liquid runs in their veins, taking necessary nutrients to where they must go
~ they shed their leaves once per month, like scales; once they fall off, the top leaves harden into a shell-like material, while the leaves on the underside soften into something resembling cloth.
~ when nesting, this species uses their fallen leaves as material to create their nests

These dragons are voracious predators. They are constantly on the hunt for prey due to their high metabolism. If they don’t eat enough, they will go into a hibernative state and release roots into the ground to suck up nutrients much like a plant. This is only ever used for emergencies since it leaves the dragon defenseless and open to predators.

Not only do they have acidic spit, they also have acidic blood. Anything that wishes to do harm to this dragon will immediately regret it. The acid is strong enough to melt completely through a yacht in minutes. Owners of this species must take extreme caution when training and handling one of these beasts

Fact(s) : they cannot produce a streaming flame like a classic dragon can, but can create a candle sized flame that can be sustained for hours. It heats the air around them and allows them to keep other creatures warm and lights the way for lone travellers. They're seen as a spirit of the woodland by locals, who celebrate it every year by lighting 3 small pumpkins side by side.
