What are Plush Buds?:
Plush Buds are a closed canine species. They have very soft fur and are very fluffy. They all come in different varities, including 3 different tail options. They often stay in one place so they are mistaken for actual stuffed animals.

Rules;
You can only make one of these for yourself per month
the rarities have to be uncommon and under
put a cover on it, then show the design in your post
a staff member (that isnt an archivist) must first post that your design is approved, only then can you remove the cover
you do not need any sort of ticket, this may change so use this to your advantage.
if your design is not approved, you may make another (if a staff member says it wasnt approved because...)
