Ah. It's this one. (If you can't see the image; 3rd one down on the right of the tool box) Flip it so its portrait and oekaki should automatically lock it in place :)) I had a ton of trouble with this too

sorry, i wasn't clear enough, i meant flipping the canvas backwards, like over a mirror
that tool rotates the canvas
