If you couldn't tell by the way he's dressed, this is Izaya Orihara from the anime DuRaRaRa!! I just LOVE Izaya's character design and personality and EVERYTHING about him! He's so cool, a bit cruel, but still a very interesting and intriguing character. Definitely one of my all-time favorite characters, next to 707/Luciel/Saeyoung Choi (Mystic Messenger), and Lance McClain (Voltron: Legendary Defender).
