Arkylia is full of strange creatures, resembling hybrids of real world species. I'd really like to keep making more fauna for this pet project of mine, as well as give a gift to the community for sticking with me and my strange ARPG ideas (and erratic activity). Therefore, I am allowing this species- Arkylian Saber-Toothed Lions (ASTLs or Just Arkylian Lions- whatever you want to call them!)- to be an open species; meaning I will allow users to create their own!
You will still have to follow their genetics system - it's got just a few genes, BUT they're very loosely defined so you can create the cat of your dreams! Once you think you're ready to create an ASTL, post this form, and I'll give you your geno & it's ID number (be sure to keep this! it is how you will number your lion) and add you to the thread! Once your ASTL is posted and approved, i will remove you from the main thread- if you would like to make more, you have to post another form to get another geno & ID number. if you know you want to make multiple ASTLs in a row, be sure to put multiple forms in your post!

once your ASTL is ready to be posted, be sure to fill this out in their post. after i post, approving your ASTL, you may start using them- drawing/writing them for experience, doing quests, exploring the savanna, etc! the only things you edit on this form is the name, owner, id, genotype and phenotype! the lineage you will never have to edit, and your ASTL's experience, items, magic, and companions will come in later.

Experience & Leveling Up
Leveling up is a quite straightforward thing with ASTLs! Any art or writing made about your ASTL grants them experience, and as they level up, they can participate in more and more activities. The art/writing can be in answer to a prompt, or simply miscellaneous; something you simply created or commissioned for fun.form:
post this on the thread to claim exp for any art done of your ASTL!
