Arges Chargers are a steadfast and strong breed materialised from
the vapid depths of Elyon, a coruscant and vicious environment yet
untamed by the reaches of mankind. Now exposed to humans, they
grow wary and the forest unquiet. You hear a gelid hiss behind you.

These ponies are defined by a direful physiology, their sight found in the eyes with which are held by the single hand at the ends of
their tails; it's this eye that defines their namesake as attributed to Arges the Cyclops. This hand tends to carry the same five digits
and general look as a very human-like appendage- from the fingers to the elbow at the midpoint of the tail- and function very much
to carry their eyes. Their skin tends to be in excess and their coats, short-haired, are of velveteen texture. They possess no external
ears and thus, with the exception of mutations such as horns, have a very sleek and reptilian profile. Their height ranges from 8HH
up to 14HH and they tend to be of solid, stocky conformation overall. As wild horses, they rarely obtain conformational faults until
or unless bred domestically or otherwise tamed. Wherein, they may appear to develop alterations in profile on a case-to-case basis.

Their biology functions similarly to that of the modern horse, if not for being capable of omnivorous diets. While most Chargers will
thrive upon grasses and flora, it is not uncommon to find individuals who are comfortable or otherwise regularly consuming anything
from insects to smaller animals such as deer. It is most common to find these animals omnivorous because of competitive territory.

The social structure of these animals mimics that of terrestrial horses furthermore, tending to consist of a single stallion and a band
of mares. However, it is not uncommon for these horses to travel either alone, in mating pairs, or in small bands with no hierarchy.
Established herds can range from 10 individuals to over 200 if specimens are particularly powerful or otherwise aggressive. Through
Elyon, within the harrows of the wilds, there is always conflict and warring to be found between Chargers' herds about territories.

While rare, it has been known for rarely more intelligent equids to establish named herds and territories, over which they manage
in an often more complicated design than simply a herd.

A defining feature of the Charger's anatomy is its blood and its rarity to grant them the ability to summon the powers of elements
to their aid. The blood type is important in the decision of what calls to the individual, and these powers and elements will always
go unchanged and be bound to the user unless corrupted or under the influence of Aether, wherein the element can forsaken the
individual and the blood type be corrupted to black or to a lethal combination. This can result in unavoidable death of the Charger
afflicted. The rarity hierarchy of blood type is as follows:

      Red (Earth) - Common
      Blue (Water) - Common

      Yellow (Light) - Uncommon
      Green (Fel) - Uncommon

      Orange (Fire) - Rare
      Brown (Air) - Rare

      Black (Aether) - Exotic
      White (Ethereal) - Exotic

      Purple - Mythic
      Gold - Mythic
      Silver - Mythic

      2+ Colours - Lethal
*More of these may be added in the future.

Mythic rarity blood is not naturally bred and is only produced during special circumstances such as events or competitions; they
have a much lower chance to pass through breeding than the other blood types and grant no elemental or psychic ability for the
generally unstable nature of the blood type. When bred to it can pass at a 25% chance but does not result in mutations/defects.

While considered lethal, there are individuals who possess multicoloured blood. However, these are often mutated or otherwise
disabled in some form. In breeding these are hard to come across and mutations/disabilities will pass at a 5% chance when bred.

On a base level, most individuals have some form of ability which is generally psychic, such as:

Aura reading - The ability to pick up on energy surrounding objects and individuals.
Clairvoyance - The ability to perceive things with extrasensory perception.
Mediumship - The ability to communicate with spirits and/or the dead.
Prophecy - The ability to predict the future, to a limit. This is harder to master.
Telesthesia - The ability to detect unseen/distant targets with extrasensory perception.
Telepathy - The ability to transmit and receive thoughts between others.
*Only one ability may be chosen per Charger.

However, they may also utilise cosmetic or physical powers which originate from their element and are listed as follows:

Balance (Earth) - The ability to enhance the growth of plant life, able to influence size and abundance of flora.
Aquakinesis (Water) - The ability to create or manoeuvre water and alter its shape (e.g., water to ice).

Restoration (Light) - The ability to heal or otherwise preserve beneficially. Rarely, can manipulate light itself.
Corruption (Fel) - The ability to corrupt and destroy, or to otherwise bring harm; can instil infection and death.

Pyrokinesis (Fire) - The ability to manipulate or create fire. Individuals are almost always immune to fire/heat.
Aerokinesis (Air) - The ability to manipulate or create air, wind or gusts, and storms, and their size or intensity.

Hollow (Aether) - The ability to create or manipulate void; Chargers who embody Aether are inherently volatile.
Mana (Ethereal) - The ability to create and manipulate space and sometimes time, usually inherently for good.

Purple, Gold, and Silver have no cosmetic or physical abilities but are instead considered Royal; they are more likely to be domesticated or in higher positions within any herds. The abilities above are gained only at a higher level in the points system and are generally their own version of an end-game reward due to the powers offered by each of them.

At the user's discretion, you don't have to use any of these abilities on your Charger! It is completely possible for Chargers to
forsake or otherwise disregard their abilities. While the lore for this species belongs in an established world and culture, you
may use your horse whenever and however you'd like to without restraint; you don't have to follow their lore.
