PLAYERS
- All of Tess’s rules apply.
- You may not ask for certain species or anything that alters the line-art too much, such as missing limbs or short legs.
-- you can earn the ability to have excessive scarring/mutations with tickets.
- You cannot post founder applications twice.
-- unless an artist has already claimed your request, you can continue to edit it as you please.
- Once created, you have a total of one month once the design is posted to claim your founder and level your colony up to Level One.
-- failure to do so results in your pig being rehomed.
-- you cannot post another application if your pig is taken from you by this. you’ll have to get a custom as your founder.
- When linking something such as art storage for your colony, make sure there is no personal information anywhere on the site.
- If, for some reason, you are banned from CS, you will lose all rights to your pigs and they will be rehomed.
-- if you’re leaving CS or Hamsteak on your own accord, please let hot-second know. you can keep your pigs, but they will be assumed deceased within Hamsteak. you cannot use official Hamsteak art to represent them.
- If you are banned from Hamsteak, you may keep your pigs, but they will be assumed deceased in the game. you may not use official Hamsteak art to represent your pigs if this happens.
- If you find that you do not want a pig anymore, you are allowed to sell it, transfer, or trade it to someone else. Please state that the pig must be used within Hamsteak once bought/given/traded for.
-- when doing this, both persons involved must provide proof of the transaction by filling out the correct form in archives.
- You are allowed to kill off a pig and still use it outside of Hamsteak or in your character's stories; however, you may not use them in art going towards leveling up [unless it's what the task specifically states] and they cannot earn anymore skills.
-- to kill off a pig, go to archives and fill out the form there. a staff member will then mark them deceased and they can no longer be used.
- Deceased pigs do not count towards your colony's total.
STAFF
Artists may;
- Create adoptables, paid customs, and free breedings.
-- you may only charge ChickenDollars.
- Create one personal custom at the point of being hired.
-- you can continue to make a total of 3 more personal customs yearly (every 4 months) should you remain active.
-- this custom may not be mutated.
- Create a special birthday custom as long as you speak with hot-second before making it.
- Add scars and such to adoptables to their heart’s content.
Artists cannot;
- Make drastic changes to the line-art or give an adoptable a serious mutation without hot-second's permission.
- Promise runner-ups in contests without the rest of staff’s prior approval.
Artists are expected to;
- Stay active and produce realistic and quality designs.
-- any artist who is not active without a reason will be removed.
- Finish all requests within a month.
-- should you not be able to, communicate with the rest of the staff and find an available artist who can.
- Open requests twice a month and have at least five slots available.
- Judge their contests within a month. Should a contest go unjudged for more than 24 hours past the completion date, hot-second will take it over.
- Make all adopts on oekaki canvas.
GUEST ARTISTS
- You may only create ONE personal custom for yourself once hired.
- After that, you may only make adoptables. Absolutely NO customs.
