I might edit with more realistic eyes / nose and a background, plus finish the black fur, but thoughts are appreciated! c;

I drew a white blob and used the smudge to make little white streaks that made it look furry, and one at a time, I smeared the little "blobs" until the area was covered with fur. When I was finished, I blended all the blobs together to be one big patch of white fur, and for a finishing touch, I added some highlights with the dodge and shadows with the burn option.
