The Bellanda is a medium sized dragon with long features and large fin like wings. They are photo sensitive and prefer to live in the dark or live out their lives completely nocturnal. Strong hind legs used in conjunction with 'wings' give them a lot of mobility. Their 'wings' snap shut with enough force to push them forwards- or injure anything that gets stuck between them. After being propelled they can then be used to guide their descent through the ocean. As they age they grow feathers around their ears; these feathers are similar to teeth that they only grow twice and fall out with age and then with improper care. Their wings only have two joints to them but have the ability to contract at fast speeds pushing them through water at a fast rate. While swimming they will use their tail to anchor into the ground and stabilise themselves. They also use their tails to carve murals onto walls.

Bellandas are a closed species, you may only create one if you are an artist, guest artist or on the white list.
Be kind and open-minded. Hate or harassment will result in being banned from Atlantis.
Treat others with respect.
You may not edit the lines, traits, or colours of a Bellandas you own- you may however earn changes to lines.
Give credit to the artists for the design.
You won't be added to the original image

Artists should:
Be active and produce quality designs.
Add ear feathers to designs.
Post a design atleast once every two months.
Make all adopts on oekaki canvas.
Add items and other modification at will.
Ask for payment for customs.
Open up to 4 custom slots at a time, as often as they like.
Complete orders in a timely manner.
Judge competitions within a month.
Artists can host whatever kind of adoption competition they see fit.

Artists should not:
Take payment for nestings, growths or other earnt adjustments to characters.
Open customs before completing previous commissions.
Leave competitions unjudged for more than a month.

Guest artists are allowed to make:
Adoptables only.
One custom for themselves upon hiring.

Artists are allowed to make:
Adoptables, nestings, and paid customs for others
A single custom upon hiring.
One custom every two months provided they are active.
A unique birthday custom provided they are active.

Getting started;
You can redeem your first Bellanda for free or adopt one from a compettion.
Do not request specific designs, keep things brief and give artist rooms to express themselves.
To redeem your custom founder, please fill out the form below. An artist will claim it and create it for you.

Your Thread:
Once you have received your first explorer, you may begin to set up your colony.
You will need a thread, set up however is easiest for you.
You can use outside websites as long as they don't break cs rules or share personal information

COPPA members:
I do not know how COPPA restrictions affect things so Imma work on figuring that out so everything will be fair.

Levelling:
You start off at Level 0.
You are able to level up and grow your colony's level of civilisation.
You should post on the archive thread to level up your colony.
You do not have to wait for confirmation that you levelled up.
You will be contacted, however, if your level-up tasks do not fulfill the requirements.

Each task must be completed before you can get to the next level.

Drawn scenes should be at least flat colored.
• Characters must be recognisable.
• Character art should be at least a flat-colored headshot.
Written scenes should be at least 200 words.
Tasks fulfilled through an RP must include 3 posts from each party, and each post should be at least 100 words.
• The RP posts should be linked to or logged on the clan thread.
Other minimums will be listed with the tasks.



Level 0:
You can have: 1 bellanda total (your founding explorer)
• Get your founder
• Make a thread
• Describe why your founder wants to explore (100+ words)

Level 1:
You can have: 3 bellandas total
• Write or draw about your founders old life (200+ words each)
• Describe the territory (100+ words)
• Write about or draw a scene about the journey to your founders new home

Level 2:
You can have: 7 bellandas total [civilisation level 1]
• Write about or draw a scene about your colony's architecture.
• Describe your founder's relationship with another member of the colony (100+ words)
• Describe your colony's reputation (50+ words)

Level 3:
You can have: 10 bellandas total
• Describe a colony holiday (100+ words)
• Give at least one of your members a history and personality (200+ words each)
• Write about or draw a scene of your choice

Level 4:
You can have: 15 bellandas total [civilisation level 2]
• Write about or draw your healer
• Write a letter from your founder to the queen detailing what has happened since founding the colony.
• Write about or draw a scene of your choice

Level 5:
You can have: 20 bellandas total

Level 6+:
Each level after Level 5, you can get 5 additional members. Gain a civilisation level every even number [6, 8, 10, etc]

You may trade, gift, and sell LIVING Bellandas
• Deceased dragons may not be sold/traded/gifted.
• Both parties [receiving and giving] must be level 1 in order to gift or sell/purchase bellandas.
• For the transfer to be official the seller/gifter must post on the archive and both parties must post on the bellanda's page.

There is a two-week cooldown for transfers.
» This applies to all bellandas except eggs.
• You must own them for two weeks.
• Eggs can be transferred immediately, but then the 2 week cooldown begins.

You may sell bellands for:
• Any online currency



If founders are unclaimed they will be readopted after 2 months

If you are banned from cs your dragons will be readopted

If you wish to leave cs or Atlantis you can make a whitelist notice to have all your dragons marked deceased but kept in your name
• You must own more than 3 bellanda's to be able to whitelist.
