- RANKS -
Each dragon you adopt falls into a specific rank. You are responsible for determining what rank your dragon will fall into. While some have more specific qualifications, most will be up to your judgement.
• King (1)
> The highest rank in your sept.
• Captain (1)
> A second to the King. If your King dies, your captain takes his place and a knight becomes captain.
• Healer (1)
> The sept's doctor, responsible for collecting and administering herbs and remedies.
• Knight (⋈)
> Knights are responsible for protecting the sept.
• Queen (⋈)
> The queens are brooding mothers, hatching eggs and caring for hatchlings.
• Elder (⋈)
> When a knight or queen gets too old to care for hatchlings or go on hunts, they become elders.
• Svipul (s-eye-pull) (⋈)
> Svipul, "changeables" or young adults, are the phase dragons go into between hatchlings and knights. Each knight is assigned a svipul to train.
• Hatchling (⋈)
> Once an egg hatches, the baby dragon is called a hatchling.
- LANDS -
When you come into the Dragon Cave, you are responsible for creating your own Sept, or "clan". When you do this, you must choose a land in which your dragons live. This is not changeable later, so choose carefully.
• Mountains
> A rocky terrain, halfway up the mountainside.
• Wetlands
> Foggy marshlands covered in yellow grass, and pits of murky water.
• Boulders
> At the base of the mountains where the biggest rocks sit.
• Caves
> At varying heights in the mountains, caves of different sizes are formed.
• Forest
> Surrounding the mountains thick and tall trees grow, providing a cool and dark home.
• Clouds
> The very top of the mountain, completed submerged in misty and clouds.
• Snowy Mountains
> Just below the Cloud lands, the snow banks give adequate cover.
• Beach
> Sandy shorelines provide a salty open air home.
• Dunes
> A dry and bland landscape with arching hills of sand.
