Thank you so much! You really have no idea how much that means to me.
And you know, I started out the same way. Wanting to draw wolves that looked really cool and had my own unique touch to them.
But like yourself, I always ended up never being satisfied with my work. Alway though I could do and be better,
and with that I just practiced and practiced and well, I'm becoming more happy with what I'm drawing.
I know people say it all the time, but practice is the key.
You're gonna draw stuff you're not happy with.
And if you draw something you really like, you'll probably look at it in a few years afterwards thinking how you could ever think it looked good..
But that's where I got my inspiration. I just remembered how happy I was to have improved so much.
So what I'm saying is, if you're not happy with it, just keep trying, you'll get there. And if you do make something you love, then continue with it! But never be afraid to try something new or practice other techniques. You might just end up improving or coming up on something you love so much more.
It's a journey, so have fun along the way, and if you get stuck, just try a new path.
(I'm sorry for the long response, it's just, whenever I felt really bad about my art, there wasn't anyone telling me this, and I always wish there was, so I'm just passing it on. I really wish you luck and the best and I can't wait to see how much you improve over time!)
