Township is an ARPG style Oekaki adopt that focuses around everyone doing their part to help right the disaster that has befallen our world! Together, we use art and writing to do various activities like farm, explore and fish to gain items! Using these items, we can then turn around and help rebuild our towns and fight off the one-eyed monsters destroying our society! Where did these mysterious beasts come from? How can we stop them?
By working together, we can better our society and learn about the world around us!
Just remember, It Takes Township!

--> Happy Newyear everyone, I am incredibly excited to announce that Township is officially open! Our first quest has been put up for Tao Village, and more adopts will be put up later today as all our current ones have been judged. Please 'bear' with me as I hammer out all the final details. Discord is open for anyone who wishes to come chat with us or make suggestions, and almost all the threads have been proof read.
Things will be added and changed as we go, so keep that in mind! Thanks everyone! Please enjoy Township!

Guidelines

• All Chickensmoothie Rules apply to every thread pertaining to Township.
• Some Townsfolk might not like one another, but there is NO tolerance for bullying or harassment!
• Please respect all mods, Artists, and Rollers. We’re all human and we’re all working towards the same goal
• Please allow mods to answer questions. It doesn’t help someone to be given multiple answers.
• Township is a closed group, with pre-appointed artists. You will have several opportunities to own one. I would prefer you not go and make your own.

— —> Reference images <— —
• You may be added to your Townsfolk’s official image, but please only repost once.
• Please do not change any part of the design, or their traits without the pre-approved item.
• When editing, please do not create a new reference image. Simply edit the one you have!
• When Trading Townsfolk, again post only one new reference images or request that the post author changes hands.
• Hairstyles Can change when doing art, but please do not change the hairstyles your Townsfolk has on their reference without the appropriate item!
• All Edits must be approved before a Townsfolk reference can be used for anything official.

• Townsfolk can be traded for other species, online currencies, or art. Just please do not sell for IRL monies unless you bought with IRL monies
• You must own a Townsfolk one-month before trading! This does not include when ownership is decided for LoveFarm babies. After ownership is decided, the month begins. Please do not edit your posts in an attempt to skirt around the rules.
• After trading, you just wait one-month before you are able to trade again.
• You must own a Townsfolk one-month before you can gift them.
• There is no Gifting cooldown.
• In order for a trade to be official, you must post in the archive.
• When trading, all skill levels go to the new owner unless they don’t want it/want to start fresh.
• When a Townsfolk is transferred out of the species, please let us know and they will be stricken from the record.

— —> Breeding and Nursery Rules <— —
• Only Adult Townsfolk may breed.
• Babyfolks can grow one-month after they’re picked.
• 1-4 Townsfolk of any breed may kiss a Lovebean to plant, which may result in 1-6 pods.
• No Townsfolk that are related up to two generations may kiss the same Bean
• Townsfolk can kiss one Lovebean a month, and can only do so 5 times in their lifetime.
• The person who posts for the lovebean posts the ownership decision, unless a month has passed.
• You must have an image of the kissers together and proof of acceptance from both parties before you can post.
• Please make sure the artists are open to breedings before you post.
• You cannot switch artists until two weeks has elapsed, or the artist has redacted their slots.
• When switching, you must have the artists permission ahead of time.
• All items and Beans must be in the bank before using, and must be on the form when posting.

— —> Staff Rules <— —
• Staff may not ask for payment for making Adopts, Nursery Batches, or growths, but they may for Customs, helping apply Edits, and anything otherwise not already stated.
• Staff Recieve one free Uncommon custom upon becoming staff. Either uncommon species and unlimited common and under traits, or common and under species and unlimited uncommon and under traits
• The custom will be from one of the already released Townsfolk breeds, but you may hold on to it until a breed comes out that you want to use it for.
• The customs may also be upgradable using whichever kind of currency you wish.
• Customs may be handed out by me to them for extra jobs they assist me with, and can be combined with existing customs.
• Customs may be used, Traded or sold, or swapped for items from any presently open shop
• If contests are constantly unjundged in a timely manner, or Adopts are no longer released, you have the potential to be let go. You may discuss the conditions for your absense with me privately.

Banlist

These are users who consistently break the rules, or act malicious in any way. If a user breaks the rules, they’re given a strike. Three strikes and you get a warning.
With warnings, you’re unable to participate in any Township Adopt related fun for a week. Three warnings and you are banned.
When banned, you may keep your Adopts if you so wish, but they will be stricken from the record and pronounced deceased unless they are gifted to another user already apart of Township within a month. Once deceased, they can not return.
