The Weekly Challenge brought me back to life-

I used to go out to visit my family in California twice a year, but after I stopped flying, it only went down to once a year (in the summer). We found out that I do much better in a train, and I can go on the Amtrak as an 'unaccompanied'. I'm now going out to visit my family for christmas for the first time in a little while, and I'm excited.

Timer's off because my aunt called and I got me some greek salad
