maple is a butterfly wolf based on my favourite type of moth, dryocampa rubicunda, also known as the rosy maple moth. i love her so much and she truly is my favourite because her warm pink lemonade colours and simple yet beautiful fur patterns mix for a captivating pet that fits well in most environments. i like to imagine this butterfly (moth) wolf, if it were real, would be slightly stubborn but very sweet and loyal still. truly my dream pet.
