I've been meaning to draw this character for a while now--this is Carter Baxter, one of the ocs that is closest to my heart!! I threw this together kind of hastily, but I really just wanted to get something of him out there. His hair is usually down, but I was also kinda using this for hair practice!! His hair is so annoying to draw sometimes :,)
