Her name is Rose and she is 11 year old girl roaming the streets when she stops to notice that she's a dog. She was human but this is a magical Halloween and what ever you dress up as is what you become for one full night. Of coarse she didn't know that or she wouldn't have dressed like a dog, but that's her favorite animal. The stump is were her candy goes and this is no ordinary dog, during Halloween this dog multiplies the candy that you get by 4 times the amount that you already have. So she is going to love the next day because she will have a lot I mean a lot of candy and she says HAPPY HALLWEEN.
